Human#

The human sigil

The elves had twenty thousand years before we showed up. We've had five. Look around and tell me who's winning.

Humans are the newest race in Sedia and already most of it. Every score starts at 10, so nothing about a human is decided for you.

How they live#

Humans came into the world at the start of the Breaking through Roahn, the son of Lythantos and Ettephemone. They have short lives and many children, pack their cities tighter than any other race can stand, and are said to be breeding out the older races. The elves and orcs who have children with them are proving it.

Wherever another race has built a city, there’s a human quarter in it by now.

Playing a human#

Any class. Every class’s two stats start at 10 for a human, so none of them starts ahead, and a human is the honest way to try one.

The newest quarter

A human quarter is growing inside a city that isn’t theirs, and the older residents want the charter changed before humans outnumber them. Both sides are hiring.

Names#

Two or three syllables that end soft. Humans borrow from every race, so almost anything passes. Daegon Ashford, Melahna, Rhodeus Tharnwick, Verdinicous Flat.
